Characteristics of mold and equipment:

produce 16 cavities. high automation, automatic screen cover, self
produced compressed gas, filling aluminum belt without manual
operation, one person can operate multiple production, can save a
large number of personnel costs, and low labor intensity, high per
capita daily production, low cost.
The complete machine includes:
1) Mechanical Press/ Punching to form the aluminum cap shape from

2) Multi-cavity dies on the press/ punching--in China, only we can
produce more than 2 cavity dies, max we can make 16 cavities.
3) Cap aluminum coil holder frame for aluminm coil
4) Aluminum coil brush oil
5) Blowing cap from punching/press
6) Pull coil material servo control system
7) Waste material recoiling
8) Separate aluminum cap and waste ring
The caps go into next step, but waste ring come to cabinet
9) Die protection system: During punching, it can protect die, if
any cap is not correct, the minitoring system will stop the
complete line to protect the die
